Refund & transfer policy
One simple rule: cancel with 24 hours’ notice and every dollar stays yours as credit.
Course registrations
| Cancel 24 hours or more before your course | Full credit — 100% of what you paid, never expires, good for any course or any future date. Just reply to your confirmation email or call us. |

| Less than 24 hours, or a no-show | Fees are not credited or refunded. |
| If we cancel or reschedule | Full refund to your card or a free transfer — always, no questions asked. |
Credits are applied by quoting your invoice number when you re-register — online, by phone 587-966-0064, or in person. Certificates and continuing-education credits are issued on full attendance.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable but fully transferable, and — per Alberta's Gift Card Regulation — they never expire. Redeem toward any course by quoting the certificate code when registering.
